Nov 22, 2019 · We have a Windows 10 workstation with an Addmaster receipt printer attached via USB. The printer was working and then all of a sudden stopped. I tried removing the printer and re-adding it numerous times, swapping out the cables and the printer itself but nothing is working. I even reset Windows and reinstalled everything from scratch.
On the working Windows 7 machine, under Devices and Printers, it shows as "USB Printing Support"; drilling into Details it shows the model name and all that. On Windows 8.1, no dice---it has a
